Weight loss

Heyy Guys, i decided to start a diet journal on my blog. To taking you with me on my diet journey, and maybe this can help people to lose weight too.

WARNING: I'm not a diet expert or a nutritionist. All of this is based on my research that i did.

I'm 163 cm at 70-72 kg. Tops, I'm a size uk 14 ( M/L ) and bottoms, I'm a euro 40, us 10-12 ( XL-XXL, I have like big thighs that why i wear like this size. )

i tired dieting before but in the unhealthy way, which is starving or eat a meal a day. After researching and watching video on how people lose their weight, starving will just low my metabolism ( that helps to burn burns ) or i force myself to eat 1 can of campbell soup a day only.

But this time i going to do the right way.


I eat a lot, like recess i will eat a bowl with curry chicken drumstick and a egg? if I'm lucky there's still waffle, i will buy it and eat like a snack while going back class ( because i don't eat breakfast so this is like my breakfast and a small lunch. Lunch can be like 18 chef, burger king, long john and etc. Dinner can be like a whole/half spring chicken ( yes, whole ), 7 eleven chicken burger with a can of drink. ( no soft drink, i have stopped drinking since 2 years ago unless i have no choice)

I'm actually a really lazy person.  I can sleep 7 hr straight. If on the weekends, my friends and i got no plans on going out. I can take naps for 1-2 hrs and repeat till when someone ask if we want go out or i will be just laying on bed, watching videos all day and I have a really bad habit of after eating and then sleep. There's days when I'm not lazy and i can be like cleaning the house or tidying my room.



Im going with blood type diet, like when you are this blood type there's some food you can eat and you can't eat and what kind of exercise is better for your blood type. I'm not sure if this work but if you never try how will you know?~

I'm a blood type O. From what i saw from my research, my food base is high protein which is meat. I saw a video this girl was a o blood type too and she was like we can eat as much meat we can, but we are really bad with carbohydrates and crabs. Let's continue the others down below

So i have done a lots of research for my diet and here are the stuff what i did:
  • Goal
i saw this post for diet and their very first tip is your goal like how much weight you want lose.

My goal is to lose 20 kg, drop to top size uk 8-10 and bottom of a size M/L by this end of year. Apparently i saw this question on Ask.fm and her photo really encourage me to lose weight a lot.

How this encourage me is she was on the weight that i am now but she is now at my weight goal. I see the changes in the photo, there is so more especially the flat stomach. 
  • Food 
I went do my research on what food I'm allowed and food to avoid. The food that are allowed are chicken, turkey, beef and etc. but prawn, lobster and crabs are allowed occasionally. Food to avoid are bacon, ham, pork, octopus,coconut and etc.

So now i have my food diet plan and i got some food recipes too ( from Wengie, a youtuber. Do go check her out )

Here are some tips that Wengie say in her video:
eat small portion ( buy smaller bowls/plates to control )
eat till you are 80% full, have like mini meals like every 3 hour than 3 big meals at one go
- if you are craving for chocolate or snacks, buy kids/party packs snacks.
- cook for yourself, at least you will know what is in your food unlikely when you eat outside.

Apps that you can use to track food that you are eating and how much calories:

- My Fitness Pal ( Available on android and apple store )


It helps you track what you eat for the whole day, how much calories you have consume and also tells you the limit of calories you can consume.
Like you can add food then you can choose breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack ( this is when you ate this food ) then there will be search bar for you to type in what you ate ( the name ). if you ate a product that have a barcode, you can scan and give you the listing immediately ( how handy? ) and you type in how much you have eaten. When you enter it in, it will tell you how much calories you have eat for the day.
  • Exercise
I have research that O blood type people need to do a lot of exercise like running, swimming, jogging, stairs climbing and etc. We need to do for an hour, 3-4 times a week.

IF you don't like to exercise, go do window shopping! You know you go window shopping you can be walking for hours. Or you can walk to places that you want like somerset and plaza singapura are actually quite nearly. Instead of like taking the MRT, walk to there.

Here are some exercising apps you can use:

-7 minute ( available on android and apple store )

 

This app give 13 different kind of exercise within 7 minutes and each is 30 seconds ( within 30 seconds, do as much as you can. Eg. wall sit, pushup, crunch, step up onto chair and etc. ( android one ) You can do this 8 set, each set finish you can take a 5 min rest and repeat ( 56 mins of exercise ) during the night at home!


This app on apple i think is different, you can choose your 'trainer' ( the voice that tells you want exercise to do next and will courage you and it has Alli Simpson~ ) they only have 12 exercise.


From this week onwards, i will update you guys about my week and maybe how much i loss?
